Our Range of Operation

In Germany, we are pleading for the interests of our clients amongst others before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Plant Variety Office, the Federal Patent Court, the Regional and Higher Regional Courts and the Federal Supreme Court of Justice. We obtain decisions before the European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, the European Court of Justice, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Our activities abroad are mainly focused on Asia and Northern America. VJP has important cooperation and representation offices on both continents.
